CL-1800 Dry Cabinet
The CL-1800 Desiccant Dry Cabinet is tailored for large-scale production environments that require extended storage depth, high-capacity layout, and ultra-low humidity control. With its robust internal volume and long-format design, it offers seamless integration of feeder storage or large-sized electronic components. Backed by IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C and IPC-1601 compliance, the CL-1800 ensures long-term protection for MSDs and PCBs, while also supporting optional floor life resetting processes with baking up to 125°C.
Its advanced DHM-01 desiccant drying unit maintains a consistently low humidity level of ≤0.5% RH, providing a safe, oxidation-free environment. By combining reliability with intelligent automation, the CL-1800 minimizes material degradation risks such as delamination and micro-cracking—making it the ideal choice for critical electronics manufacturing, storage, and drying workflows.
