CS-600 Dry Cabinet
The CS-600 Desiccant Dry Cabinet is purpose-built for drying and safely storing moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs) and PCBs in accordance with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C and IPC-1601 standards. With its mid-range internal volume, it is ideal for low to medium production environments and offers optional baking up to 125°C for floor life resetting. Its long-depth design accommodates large-format components or feeder storage systems.
At the heart of the system lies the patented DHM-01 desiccant drying unit, which ensures a continuous ultra-dry environment of ≤0.5% RH for both short- and long-term storage. This reliable environment significantly reduces oxidation risks and moisture-related defects, making it ideal for long-term preservation in electronics and high-reliability manufacturing.
