CT-1250 Dry Cabinet​
The CT-1250 Desiccant Dry Cabinet from the X-Treme Series is engineered for optimal protection of moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs) in medium to high-volume production environments. In full compliance with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C and IPC-1601 standards, it provides a controlled environment for long-term storage and safe floor life resetting with optional heating up to 125°C. Its ergonomic design and large capacity make it one of the most preferred cabinet models for electronics manufacturing and advanced storage requirements.
Equipped with the patented DHM-01 desiccant drying unit, the CT-1250 maintains constant low humidity ≤0.5%RH to minimize oxidation and moisture-related risks. The integrated system allows a stable, efficient drying process and prevents component failures caused by traditional high-temperature methods such as delamination, popcorn effect, or micro-cracks. With long internal depth, it also supports feeder or large-format storage.
* 125°C heating and 2°C cooling cannot be used together.
